Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which bookings for Saranvi Resort and Saranvi Homestaymay be cancelled, modified, and refunded.

1. Cancellation Policy – Saranvi Resort (Online Bookings)

Cancellations must be made through the official booking channel or by contacting our support team.

Standard Cancellation Terms:

  • 7 days or more prior to check-in:
    Full refund (100%) of the booking amount.

  • 3 to 6 days prior to check-in:
    50% of the booking amount will be refunded.

  • Less than 72 hours before check-in:
    No refund will be provided.

  • No-show (failure to check-in):
    100% of the booking amount will be charged.

2. Cancellation Policy – Saranvi Homestay (Manual/Inquiry Bookings)

  • Cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

  • In general:

  • More than 7 days prior: Eligible for partial/full refund depending on agreement

  • Less than 7 days prior: Advance payment may be non-refundable

3. Refund Policy

  • All eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed and credited within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

  • Transaction charges, payment gateway fees, or taxes (if applicable) may be deducted from the refundable amount.

4. Booking Modifications

  • Date changes or modifications are subject to availability.

  • Requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to check-in.

  • Price differences (if any) will be applicable based on revised dates or room categories.

5. Early Departure

  • In case of early check-out or unused services, no refund will be provided for the remaining stay duration.

6. Peak Season & Special Offers

  • During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional offers, cancellation terms may differ.

  • Guests are advised to review specific terms at the time of booking.

7. Force Majeure

  • In the event of circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or travel bans):

  • Bookings may be rescheduled (subject to availability), or

  • Credit vouchers may be issued for future stays

  • Refunds in such cases will be handled at the discretion of Saranvi Hospitality.

8. Third-Party Bookings

  • Bookings made through third-party platforms are subject to their respective cancellation and refund policies.

  • Saranvi Hospitality is not responsible for refunds processed through such platforms.
